Water hardness is the biggest enemy of your cordless kettle. Many people live their lives never knowing what all the fuss is about but some of us are cursed the day we’re born with an area of hard water. Water hardness is caused by lime being present in the water and this can have all sorts of effects on your kettle, washer and your tea.
